Training during Covid-19 was and still is very interesting. When the quarantine started in March, it was a heavy blow. We couldn't go outside except for the essentials, so we had to close the school for the time being. So during the first weeks I had to adopt a new routine. Since then I started training a lot with the wooden dummy, long pole and knives. I try to train for at least 1 hour a day since I have been home every day. This seriously improved my Ving Tsun. Now we are 6 months later and it has worked wonders. I've gotten a lot stronger and faster, and my body coordination has improved a lot. So what I've learned from this experience is a real cliché and that is that you should always try to get the best out of the situation.
STAY SAFE!
